What is a Commercial Partnership Agreement?

The 1992 Charities Act requires a CPA to be put in place when a charity is involved in a promotional venture with a business. In this case, Everyclick undertakes to pass to its payment partner the total revenues raised by the charities supporters. A proportion of this does not represent a donation, but rather a payment to the charity for the promotional activities the charity performs to its supporters on Everyclick's behalf. This is known as the Trading Payment.

Together the trading payment and the donation will always equal the amount the supporters have raised. Once the Compliance Agreement has been signed there are no charges by Everyclick on payments relating to Give as you Live™ and Everyclick Search funds
